Holiday Return Policy 

IS THE RETURN POLICY EXTENDED FOR THE HOLIDAYS?

Yes, it is ! As of November 15 2023, we are extending our Return Policy to 2-weeks after the Holidays. All returns must be back to WERK by JANUARY 15TH, 2024. Items must be in original condition with original tags attached. If original tags are not attached or items received after January 15h, your exchange/return will be refused. Items marked for Clearance can not be returned.

ORDERS WITH OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

Items may go out of stock during checkout. In the event that occurs, you will be notified and refunded for the item(s) that are no longer available.

I WAS SENT THE WRONG ITEM; HOW DO I GET THE RIGHT ONE?

Please notify our customer service team by emailing  wholesale@werkdancewear.com with a photo of the incorrect item you received. They will respond within 1-2 business days to take care of you!

MY PACKAGE CONFIRMS AS DELIVERED BUT IT NEVER ARRIVED?

Due to an increase in fraudulent claims, Werk Dancewear is not liable for any lost or stolen packages that have confirmed delivery via tracking number. If you believe there was a delivery mistake with your order, please file a claim with the shipping service. 

Regular Return Policy

You have up to 30 days to return for store credit and 15 days for a refund.
Items must be unused and in the original condition.  Gift cards are not returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please go to https://werkdancewear.com/returns. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns to exchange and store credit are free. Returns for refund will be charged $7.95 using a label created by our store which will get deducted from your return amount.

Store Credit - Must be used within 6 months of issue date.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for up to 30 days provided your product is still in stock. Exchanges must be made for a different size in the same style. Out of stock products or requests to exchange for another product will be in the form of a store credit.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
